What to Expect
Initial Inquiry:
Knowledgeable, full-time office staff are available to help you get started. If you have a pretty clear idea of what you need, we can quickly zero in on the details and provide you with a firm bid. If you’re not quite sure what you need but know there’s a problem to be solved, we’ll start with a dialog to better understand your situation.
Specification and Bidding:
Technical resources are available to work with you on determining the optimal solution to meet your needs. An onsite visit is performed in order to understand all aspects of the installation. Bid packages are tailored to meet your requirements.
Installation:
Installers are direct employees – no subcontractors. We carry all necessary insurance – liability, worker’s comp, and vehicle – and have procedures in place to meet OSHA requirements.
Post Job:
After work is completed, you’ll be contacted to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction. A survey will also be sent to you – your completed satisfaction is very important to us and we take feedback very seriously.
